Elite Baseball is the premier baseball training facility in the country. My family and I have moved several times allowing us to be a part of several baseball programs. My son has been fortunate enough to play baseball in North and South Carolina, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas and Nebraska for several organizations. He never reached his potential until coming to Elite Baseball. Matt Knox and Matt Werts were able to expand on his talents and help him to make realistic decisions as to where he best fits on a team. The summer personal training sessions were instrumental in improving his athleticism, strength and power at the plate. Elite focuses on making every member of the team successful. The training, games and focus are geared to the benefit of the players and their success. This is also true about college placement. Elite has worked tirelessly to match my son with programs that fit him academically and athletically. They genuinely care about the players and their success and the experience. Players learn to respect each other, their opponents and their coaches as an integral part of the game.

My son played for a nationally recognized high school, made All-County, attended all the big name showcases in the country, yet it was the Elite Baseball showcases and travel teams that generated for him the most realistic college offers. The Elite Baseball staff works tirelessly on getting their players placed with college programs where they'll succeed not only on the field but in the classroom, too. I was incredibly impressed by the number of colligate and professional scouts that were always in attendance at their showcases and games... plus the scouts would stay the entire event, which didn't seem to be the case with the other big name baseball organizations. Even more impressive was that every level of player had an opportunity with Elite. Division 1 caliber players are easy to place, however, what about the hard working average high school player? Elite's philosophy that there's a home for every type of player as long as they work hard, are coachable and have a decent foundation is true when Elite is involved. Elite Baseball was the best baseball investment our family made in the seven years of watching our son's journey in the game he loves.

The impact that Elite Baseball has had on my son is priceless. Ian has been working with Elite Baseball since July 2006. Their extensive knowledge of baseball is nicely complimented by a positive approach to kids and teaching the game. They helped my son improve so he could reach his goal of playing baseball at the collegiate level. Matt Werts and Matt Knox were then instrumental in helping Ian find the right college fit for him, from both an academic and a baseball standpoint. The instruction at Elite Baseball does not just cover the game of baseball but also the game of life. I am very pleased with the results. My sons ages 14 and 12 have been working with Matt Werts and Matt Knox at Elite Baseball for a year and a half. The improvement they have shown in all phases of the game since working with Matt and Matt has been very gratifying to see. Fundamentals, hard work, and doing things the right way both on and off the field are always stressed but in a way that the kids enjoy and respond to. I would highly recomend Elite baseball to any parent who has a son who loves the game of baseball and who wants to be the best player they can be.

I just wanted to take moment and acknowledge the tremendous effort that you guys at Elite put in to your program. Its not easy to get kids and young adults to effectively respond to instruction, but you guys have something special. I believe success breeds success and its obvious with the type of player you coaches are turning out and your passion for them to be better. Your dedication is awesome. Thanks for a great season.

Our sons have taken lessons with Elite Baseball for over 1 year and our older son has participated on the Elite fall tournament team. Our experience with Elite Baseball has been outstanding. Matt Werts and Matt Knox's knowledge of the fundamentals and game of baseball is top notch. They are able to break down throwing, fielding and hitting so that the player can understand what they need to do to improve. They also relate to the players extremely well and always make the lessons fun. The one thing that I think is the difference maker for Elite is that they truly care about their players and making them better. When our son was injured we received calls from both Matt's asking how he was doing and to keep them updated. They didn't need to do that and I think that proves that they care about what is going on with their players. We would strongly recommend Elite Baseball to anyone who lo ves the game and has a desire to improve.

Just wanted to say thanks for all you did to help Trevor achieve his goal of playing college baseball. When we came to you guys we weren't sure what level he would be able to play in college. With the help of you two, and the rest of the staff (Brian McKenna and, of course, Arnie Werts), Trevor was able to improve his skills to the point that he has signed with a very good program at Shepherd University. Of course, without the exposure provided by Elite, I doubt Shepherd would have known who he is. If I had it to do over again, Trevor would have been with Elite a lot sooner. With more of the quality instruction Elite provides, maybe Trevor would have exceeded the skill level he has now. I do know he will be there this winter, prepping for his senior season at L-S. Thanks again for everything Elite has done so far to help my son realize his dreams.

I can't begin to tell you how much we appreciate all the work you and Matt Werts have put in on behalf of Michael and all the other kids that played for Elite this fall. Not only during the tournaments but even now. The commitment to finding the right match for your players to play at the next level is astounding. Without Elite baseball, especially you and Matt, I don't believe Michael would have found a college that he likes as much as York with the chance to play baseball. I will make sure anybody that I know who has a son that wants to play college baseball knows about what you guys have done for us. From the whole Sarecky family I would like to say thank you.

Elite baseball definitely provides an atmosphere for young players of all ages and gender to improve their skills on the playing field. Both Coach Knox and Coach Werts show extreme compassion for each individual player providing knowledgeable instruction on all facets of the game. Elite's A-plus facility provides more than enough space and equipment leaving no limits for improvement and success. Hands on instruction, great facilities, and great people place Elite Baseball in a class by itself ,"Elite."

The Elite baseball program offers players of all ages a chance to take their game to a new level. The great instruction, along with an always positive environment, makes Elite baseball one of the leaders in teaching in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Players will get great instruction, lots of repetitions, and a positive teaching experience when they work with Elite Baseball instructors. Not only do they do a great job of instruction, but they notify colleges like Lambuth University of potential baseball prospects. Elite Baseball and Lambuth University Baseball will be partners for a long time.

Elite Baseball is a premier indoor training facility in the Central Pa Region. Elite Baseball continues to be the leader in teaching the game of baseball to young players. It is the facility I choose to go to train for the upcoming season.

Elite Baseball of Lancaster has been a very strong pipeline for us here at Mount Aloysius College! Coach Matt Werts and his staff are very concerned with the overall well being of their players, and they do an outstanding job of placing players into select college programs where each player can be successful both academically and athletically! Elite baseball has turned our program on to some very quality individuals and players, and we hope to see that trend continue in the future.
